Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role includes market research, prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in Qatar.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local market and business environment in Qatar.
