Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role includes collaborating with department heads to define recruitment needs, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
- Handle candidate communication and offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
