Job Description:
Al Habari Group is seeking a dynamic Executive Secretary to support the CEO in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. The role involves providing high-level administrative assistance, including managing the CEO’s calendar, planning meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The incumbent will be responsible for drafting correspondence, taking minutes, managing phone calls, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the executive’s agenda, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle all phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain detailed records for the CEO's office.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis.
- Draft and proofread letters, documents, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably within the Construction industry in the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
