Horizon Manor Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Male Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room assignments.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in guest service, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems and reservation software.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with attention to detail.
