Job Description:
Horizon Manor Hotel, a prestigious 4-star hotel in Doha, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and train hotel staff to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor the hotel’s performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and improve service quality.
Skills:
