Job Description:
Rahman Group is urgently hiring a Sales Manager with expertise in fire alarm and fire fighting services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management within this sector, ensuring the growth of the company’s sales pipeline and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for fire alarm and fire fighting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
- Present and promote services to existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the fire alarm and fire fighting industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience and a strong network in the fire safety industry.
- NOC is mandatory, and candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
