Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Sales Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in Qatar. The role involves supporting the sales team, managing client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with client inquiries and follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM software.
- Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in Qatar.
- Familiarity with local market trends in Qatar.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
