Job Description:
The company urgently requires a Safety Officer responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on construction and erection sites. The ideal candidate will monitor safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Previous experience as a Safety Officer in the Oil and Gas sector.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
