Job Description:

Hassan Shokri Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary with at least 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain office records, and provide support to the management team. This role requires proficiency in computer programs and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Maintain office records and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist the management team with various tasks and provide general administrative support.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:
