Job Description:

Hassan Shokri Real Estate is seeking a skilled Real Estate Marketing Executive with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate services. The role requires proficiency in computer programs and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential clients and tenants.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Manage social media platforms and update property listings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in property exhibitions and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
