Job Description:
Green Beam Trading and Contracting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee the site supervision of residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in residential construction projects and preferably possess a valid driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all mechanical works on-site for residential building projects
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors to ensure project completion
- Ensure that all mechanical installations are in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Conduct regular inspections and provide solutions to any issues that arise on-site
- Prepare and submit progress reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in site supervision of residential building projects
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and construction practices
- Preferably possesses a valid driving license
