Location: Muscat, Oman (Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Division) , Doha , Qatar

Job Description:

The Fit Out Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, ensuring that the company's proposals are competitive and profitable.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Research material costs, labor requirements, and subcontractor pricing
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals
  • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferably with GCC experience

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in estimation software
  • Strong attention to detail
