Job Description:

The Civil Supervisor will oversee building construction projects, from the structural phase to finishing works, within the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in supervising large construction projects and a thorough understanding of industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of civil construction projects, including structural and finishing works
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with project management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in managing building structure and finishing works

Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
