Job Description:

The Civil Chargehand will play a hands-on role in managing and supervising civil construction tasks within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the industry with a focus on hands-on experience in various construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with civil construction activities on-site
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with team members and provide guidance as needed
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Report progress and any issues to the Civil Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• High school diploma or relevant technical certification
• Strong experience in managing construction tasks

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
