Job Description:
A well-established industrial catering company in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial catering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian cuisine, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian cuisine according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute menus
- Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding food preparation
- Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial catering, specializing in South Indian cuisine
