Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards for food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer feedback.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel management role.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisines is essential.
- Must have a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
