Job Description:
The Facilities Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of facility management, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities-related activities. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams and ensure optimal operation and maintenance of the facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility operations and maintenance activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs.

Qualifications:
