Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Staff (Salesman) to join our trading company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Availability: Must be immediately available in Qatar.
• Driving License: A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Sponsorship: Should be able to transfer sponsorship.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
