Job Description:
ARK Prefab is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for Modular Building Construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation and maintenance, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and maintained according to safety regulations and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in modular building construction projects.
- Review electrical plans and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide guidance to electricians to resolve any issues.
- Monitor the work of electricians and provide training when necessary.
- Ensure that all electrical work is completed within the set timelines and budget.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of electrical work and materials used.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in modular building construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
