Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Description:

The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes for MEP projects. This role requires extensive experience in BIM management and coordination, ensuring that all BIM models and processes meet project requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all BIM processes and activities for MEP projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure the effective use of BIM models.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM data and documentation.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful integration of BIM into project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in BIM management.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
