Job Description:
We are looking for a CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) Helpdesk Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will manage helpdesk operations, providing support and coordination for facilities management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage helpdesk requests using the CAFM system.
- Log, track, and respond to maintenance and service requests.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of service requests.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or facilities management role.
- Proficient in using CAFM systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities management operations.
