Location: Doha ,  Qatar

Job Description: We are looking for a CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) Helpdesk Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will manage helpdesk operations, providing support and coordination for facilities management activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage helpdesk requests using the CAFM system.
  • Log, track, and respond to maintenance and service requests.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records of service requests.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or facilities management role.
  • Proficient in using CAFM systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with facilities management operations.
