Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the Facilities Management or Manpower industry and be capable of driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facilities management or manpower sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
