Irrigation Engineer
Location: Doha , Qatar
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Engineer with a strong background in designing and managing irrigation systems for landscaping projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in irrigation engineering, capable of planning, designing, and executing irrigation systems for large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and manage efficient irrigation systems for landscaping projects.
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and operation of irrigation equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting of irrigation systems.
- Develop water management plans to ensure sustainable usage.
- Coordinate with landscape engineers and supervisors to ensure project completion on time.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in irrigation engineering in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation design and management.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s local environment, soil, and water usage requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, irrigation design software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
