Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Pastry Chef and Head Chef specializing in pastry and bakery. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of various techniques in pastry and dessert decorations, as well as experience in directing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pastry and bakery operations, including food preparation and cooking.
- Develop and implement creative dessert menus and presentations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma certified in culinary arts or a related field is a must.
- 5-7 years of experience in the GCC.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in pastry and dessert techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
