We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the GCC Aluminum & Glass industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
The role involves frequent field visits, client meetings, and promoting company products including glass, aluminum, and façade solutions across Qatar.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market

Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients

Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly

Promote and sell aluminum and glass products

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close deals

Monitor market trends and competitor activities
🎓 Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Relevant certifications in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
🧠 Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of GCC construction & façade market

Customer relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
📊 Experience Required

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in GCC Aluminum & Glass Industry

Proven track record in outdoor/field sales
📌 Mandatory Requirements

✅ Valid Qatar Driving License

✅ Indian Nationality (as per company requirement)

✅ Must be currently available in Qatar or GCC
