🔎 Job Description (2 Lines)
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for fire alarm, fire fighting, and ventilation systems. The role involves analyzing project requirements, reviewing drawings, and supporting tender submissions.
🎓 Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional certifications in Fire Protection / MEP (preferred)
💼 Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in design and estimation
-
Proven experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & Ventilation Systems
-
Experience in Qatar or GCC projects will be an advantage
🛠️ Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems
-
Expertise in Fire Fighting Systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, etc.)

Familiarity with Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems
-
Understanding of Ventilation Systems and HVAC basics
-
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications
-
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
-
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for projects
-
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
-
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
-
Support tender submissions and technical documentation
-
Ensure compliance with QCDD and local authority standards

Assist project teams during execution with cost-related inputs
