π Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin/HR professional to handle both administrative and human resource responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and maintain proper employee management systems.
π This role requires someone who can multitask, maintain confidentiality, and support daily HR and office functions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
π§ Key Responsibilities
ποΈ Administrative Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination

Maintain filing systems, documentation, and office records

Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication

Support management with scheduling and reporting tasks
π©βπΌ Human Resource Duties

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR compliance

Support employee relations and general HR activities
π Qualification Requirements

Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Relevant certifications in HR will be an added advantage

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
