Position: Lean Engineer
Job Description (2 Lines)
The Lean Engineer will be responsible for improving operational efficiency by implementing lean methodologies and reducing waste in processes. The role focuses on continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities

Implement lean principles across projects and operations

Analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities

Reduce waste and optimize resource utilization

Conduct process audits and performance analysis

Train teams on lean practices and tools

Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering

Certification in Lean / Six Sigma is an advantage
Experience Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in process improvement or lean engineering
Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of lean tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)

Process optimization expertise
