Position: Project Manager – Civil
Job Description (2 Lines)
The Civil Project Manager will lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with government regulations. The role involves supervising site operations, coordinating teams, and managing project resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects

Ensure compliance with Qatar Government approvals and regulations

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and project activities

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities

Prepare project reports and documentation

Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
-
PMP certification is an advantage
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction projects
-
Must have experience in Qatar or GCC projects
Skills Required

Strong project management and leadership skills

Knowledge of construction methods and materials

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Familiarity with project management tools
