A reputed Trading & Contracting Company in Qatar is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to handle corporate legal matters, contracts, and litigation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Qatar laws and excellent communication skills.
Position: Legal Advisor
Job Description (2 Lines)
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for managing all legal matters of the company including drafting contracts, handling litigation, and ensuring compliance with Qatar laws. The role requires providing expert legal advice to support business operations and protect company interests.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements

Handle litigation cases and coordinate with external lawyers

Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters

Ensure company compliance with Qatar laws and regulations

Prepare and maintain legal documentation and records

Represent the company in legal proceedings when required

Advise management on risk prevention and legal strategies
Qualification Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
-
Professional legal certification/license will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in:
-
Contracts management
-
Litigation
-
Corporate law
-
Prior experience working in Qatar is highly preferred
Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Qatar Laws & Judicial System

Excellent drafting and documentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken)
