Job Description:
The Telecom Technical Support Executive will provide technical support for telecom systems and services, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for telecom systems.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and service-related questions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to improve system performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telecom technical support.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems and equipment.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
