Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and financial control of construction projects. The candidate will handle procurement, contracts, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.

Monitor project expenses and manage contract documentation.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on cost matters.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Skills Required:

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Knowledge of Qatar construction industry standards.
Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.
