Job Description

Foreman (Fabrication)

Job Description:

• Supervise fabrication works including cutting, welding, and assembly of metal structures.
• Ensure projects are completed as per drawings, specifications, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fabrication team and workshop/site activities
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
• Monitor productivity and quality of work
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication works
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
•
