📍 Location: Qatar

Prime Edge Stone Trading & Contracting Company is looking for a young, energetic, and proactive professional to join their procurement team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in local purchasing within Qatar market and be ready for immediate joining.

🔹 Position: Junior Local Purchaser

Job Description:

  • Handle local purchasing activities by sourcing materials from suppliers within Qatar market.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and company standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and negotiate with local suppliers and vendors
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain supplier database and pricing records
  • Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required items
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures

🔹 Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

🔹 Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in local purchasing/procurement
  • Experience in Qatar market is highly preferred

🔹 Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Qatar local market & suppliers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of procurement procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
