We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join a reputed company in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in infrastructure and utility projects, along with a solid understanding of local regulations and project execution.
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising infrastructure and utility projects, ensuring compliance with Qatar regulations and quality standards. The role involves site coordination, project planning, and technical execution using CAD tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Qatar
Proven experience in project management
Hands-on site experience in infrastructure / utility works
Strong knowledge of Qatar regulations and permit processes (QPRO & QDRS)
Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar)
Excellent project coordination and site supervision skills
Ability to handle documentation, approvals, and compliance
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from start to completion
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and authorities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Handle permit processes including QPRO & QDRS submissions
Prepare and review technical drawings using CAD tools
Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
