We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
The candidate must have strong sales experience in Qatar, especially in manpower supply or related industries.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain client relationships
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Coordinate with operations team for service delivery
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing
Relevant certifications are an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar
Strong background in sales, preferably manpower supply sector
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Client relationship management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Must be locally available in Qatar (Local Hire Only)
Strong professional experience in relevant field
Leadership and team management abilities
Immediate joining preferred
