We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of manpower supply services. The candidate will manage workflows, optimize processes, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
The role requires strong leadership, coordination with multiple departments, and the ability to handle large-scale operations efficiently.
Manage day-to-day operations of manpower supply services
Ensure timely deployment of workforce to clients
Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency
Coordinate with HR, logistics, and client teams
Maintain quality standards and compliance
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
MBA is an added advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar
Experience in manpower supply or operations management required
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Communication and team management skills
Must be locally available in Qatar (Local Hire Only)
