The Senior Accountant will manage financial operations related to construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will work closely with project managers and senior management to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and project accounts
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage
• More than 15 years of total accounting experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with project accounting and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
