The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction and renovation projects from planning to completion. The candidate must ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to Ashghal standards and project specifications.
• Plan, manage, and supervise construction and renovation projects
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with Ashghal regulations and project standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Identify risks and implement effective project solutions
• Manage project teams and ensure quality control during construction
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional project management certification is an advantage
• More than 15 years of overall construction experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction or renovation projects
• Ashghal Approval is mandatory
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and project planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Open to all nationalities
