A reputed Facilities Management Company in Qatar is currently looking for experienced and skilled professionals to join their team. The company provides integrated building maintenance, technical services, and support services for commercial and residential facilities across Qatar.
The BMS Technician will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting building management systems that control HVAC, lighting, and other facility operations.
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Monitor HVAC systems, alarms, and system performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults
• Perform preventive maintenance of BMS equipment
• Ensure smooth operation of building automation systems
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical / Electronics / Automation
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Facilities Management Company
• Experience working with BMS systems and building automation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems
• Familiarity with automation software and control panels
• Troubleshooting and maintenance expertise
• Good technical and analytical skills
