Al Rahma Group is urgently seeking a Van Salesman to join their team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG sector, possess a valid Qatar driving license, and be available for immediate employment with a transferable visa (NOC).
Job Description:
As a Van Salesman, you will be responsible for delivering FMCG products to customers and increasing sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires knowledge of Qatar's market and effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery & Sales: Deliver and sell FMCG products to assigned routes/customers.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for growth.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the products, pricing, and market trends.
- Reporting: Provide daily sales reports and feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Open to Indian or Nepalese candidates.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a FMCG company within the GCC.
- Visa Status: Must be able to transfer visa with NOC.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Qatar's routes and local market is a plus.
