A well-established company in Qatar is urgently seeking to hire an experienced HR & Admin Officer (Male) to manage human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of HR best practices and Qatar labor laws, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Description:

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for handling HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing employee records, and providing administrative support to various departments. The position requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including handling performance reviews and employee appraisals.
  • Coordinate with department heads on HR and administrative matters.
  • Handle internal and external communications related to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and administrative support roles, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Qatar labor laws.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.

Additional Requirements:

  • NOC: Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
  • Immediate availability is required.
