A leading pipe manufacturing company is looking for a professional and experienced QC Inspector to manage and perform Quality Control (QC) tests and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured pipes meet the required quality standards and specifications before delivery. The role requires careful inspection, testing, and documentation to maintain product quality and improve manufacturing performance.
The QC Inspector will monitor production quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with company quality policies and industrial standards. The position requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail to identify defects and maintain product reliability.
Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished pipe products.
Conduct QC tests and procedures according to company standards.
Identify defects or irregularities in the production process.
Maintain quality control documentation and inspection reports.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with industrial quality standards and safety regulations.
Monitor product measurements, thickness, and finishing quality.
Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Additional certification in Quality Control or Industrial Inspection will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Experience in pipe manufacturing or metal industry will be preferred.
Knowledge of quality inspection techniques
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prepare inspection reports and documentation
