A growing engineering and MEP company in Qatar is currently looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join their technical team. The company is involved in building construction, MEP engineering, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.
The MEP Draftsman will prepare technical drawings and detailed layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems used in building construction projects. The role requires strong drafting skills and the ability to work closely with engineers and project teams.
Prepare MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical plans using drafting software.
Modify and update drawings according to project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers to ensure design accuracy.
Prepare as-built drawings and documentation.
Maintain drawing records and technical files.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications.
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Drafting Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction or engineering projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drafting software
Good understanding of MEP systems and building construction drawings
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
Good communication and teamwork skills
