A growing engineering and MEP company in Qatar is currently looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join their technical team. The company is involved in building construction, MEP engineering, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.
The HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) will ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role involves conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and promoting a safe working environment.
Implement health, safety, and environmental policies on project sites.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive safety measures.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles in construction or engineering projects.
Knowledge of international safety standards and regulations
Risk assessment and incident investigation skills
Strong communication and reporting abilities
Ability to enforce safety compliance on site
