A growing engineering and MEP company in Qatar is currently looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join their technical team. The company is involved in building construction, MEP engineering, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will design and develop mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects. The role requires expertise in preparing technical designs and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Design HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
Prepare mechanical drawings, calculations, and system layouts.
Ensure mechanical designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with electrical engineers and architects for integrated design solutions.
Review technical documents and support project implementation.
Ensure efficient and sustainable mechanical system performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in mechanical design within MEP or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing design, and mechanical equipment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical design software
Technical problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage design documentation and project coordination
