Buildora is currently hiring qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals for an upcoming project in Ras Laffan Industrial City. The company is seeking experienced safety professionals with strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
The HSE Supervisor will oversee site safety activities and supervise safety officers and workers to ensure all operations are conducted safely. The role requires leadership skills, safety monitoring, and coordination with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Supervise daily HSE operations at the project site.
Ensure workers follow safe work procedures and PPE requirements.
Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, confined space work, and working at height.
Lead safety inspections, audits, and safety meetings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors regarding safety compliance.
Ensure all incidents are properly reported and corrective actions are implemented.
Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas industry projects.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
Knowledge of international safety standards and procedures
Risk management and accident prevention expertise
Excellent reporting and documentation skills
Ability to manage safety teams effectively
