Buildora is currently hiring qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals for an upcoming project in Ras Laffan Industrial City. The company is seeking experienced safety professionals with strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing safety policies, monitoring site safety compliance, and ensuring that all operations follow international health and safety standards. The role involves identifying hazards, conducting safety inspections, and supporting management in maintaining a safe working environment.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry safety regulations and company safety standards.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss reports and recommend preventive actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and safety awareness programs.
Maintain proper documentation of safety records, permits, and reports.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of total HSE experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems
Risk assessment and hazard control expertise
Incident investigation and reporting skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Ability to enforce strict safety compliance on site
