Job Description
The Civil Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves site supervision, technical coordination with project teams, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications.

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress and quality.

Review technical submittals, drawings, and materials before project implementation.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of construction supervision and project coordination.

Ability to review engineering drawings, submittals, and technical documents.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Knowledge of construction standards and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation tools.
Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction or engineering consultancy.
