The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate sales documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate with the sales team and clients regarding orders and inquiries.
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Assist in planning and tracking sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of sales documentation and reporting
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
